How frequently do you ship orders?

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship Monday, and orders placed Monday-Wednesday will ship Thursday.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on size and weight of products. You'll see shipping options at checkout, you can pick the best option for you. We often offer free shipping over a certain order amount, so be sure to check the shipping bar at the top of the screen for the best deal!

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We generally offer free shipping over a certain amount, so check the shipping bar at the top of your screen for the latest offer.

Another thing we do: when you place an order you get an email right away with a free shipping code that lasts 30 days from the time of your order. We are always adding new items to the shop and never want you to feel like you should have waited a few days to place your order. Each subsequent order will trigger a new code for you, so you can add things as you find them without fear of adding up shipping fees.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes, please put this in the "order notes" box when checking out and we will include a gift note with your items!

Do you Gift Wrap?

We currently offer basic wrapping in our trademark tissue paper. If you need items gift wrapped, please include a message in the "order notes" box at checkout. We will soon be adding more decorative gift wrap options available as an add on at check out.

How do you select products for your site?

We find most of our products online. We look for items that match our monthly mood boards, the best trends, and colors we're craving for the season. We like working with makers, particularly women, who are running their own small businesses doing what they love. (We feature many of them in maker interviews on the blog!) We buy items that are fair trade, and generally not mass produced. We like eco-friendly materials and conscious production. Do you take custom orders on the products you make at TMDCo?

While we do make many of our product in house, we are not currently accepting custom orders.
