Wonderful Plan and Reset Each Day

I’ve been doing this daily for a year and love it. It is a great way for me to plan my day that’s not a planner but just a synopsis (I’m grateful for my spouse and I want to get some type of movement in that day). The reset at each night helps me decompress my day and doing it daily shows me overall themes and trends of my life that is helpful for me to know, such as spending a moment of gratitude helps me have a better morning or if I am having a dip in my mental health that is happening for a period in which I need to take action.
